Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, please notify the Portrait Society in writing before February 16, 2009 to receive
a full refund. After February 16, 2011, you will receive an educational credit for your tuition minus the $100 registration
deposit. This educational credit may be applied to future conference or membership dues. Because of advance payment, banquet
& bus tickets are non-refundable. Make your room reservations by contacting the Hyatt Regency Reston at 1-800-223-1234
and take advantage of our $139 conference rate.
